so his advise, submit docs/loan approval first, and then wait year end discount which should be able to get 8-9k or minimum also the original 7k discount.

For those experiencing volume fluctuations, its normal and a noise reduction feature built in for single chip digital tuner receiver. The feature level can be tuned by Clarion by changing the chip.

I have gone to them and changed 3 sets with 3 diff noise reduction levels. You either get less fluctuation but more noise or current stock setting. After trying for few weeks all 3 options... I settled back for the for the stock setting.  Why? Other settings although less fluctuate, the noise seeps thru and gave me headache listening to it for hours. Therefore no solution for the stock Clarion hu. They later documented this as a noise reduction feature in their manuals...
