The location for this property is super good IMO. Just right across Publika. Passed by today and saw signage for the development already put up.

they have something like a booth in publika. near Nando's.

Come to think of it, if a person just starting out in their career or just join the workforce. All one need, is a box to go back to.

Those usual condo with common communal area, always have to fight with other tenants ex: never wash dish, dirty etc...

If I recall correctly, water must be applied directly by parcel owner. There is no longer bulk water meter arrangements, where the management has control over the water supply.

what's the appeal compared to the person renting a studio unit instead. no need argue who uses more power or water.

sell per studio or need to buy the whole unit (3 studios)? what is the maintenance fee ?

Must buy all 3 per SPA, whether there is "JV" element or Joint name element. That is uncertain.

But for sure is it will be hard to let go.

hmm new joiners either need public transport / car park.. i will be surprised if 5 car park lots is included. That are no LRT / MRT so unless expecting people to taxi / grab everywhere. Might make sense for "tourist" ....

It's not so much as to the unit/design etc..., the key selling point is still the location.

If i recall a survey conducted by iproperty on properties located in Mont Kiara, Publika condo is the hottest in terms of transacted and rental.

the bus stops right in front of Publika. I would reckon there would be a lot of no. 11 transportation and early morning rush to the bus and transit using train. Then again compared to a person living in Cheras versus a person living in Mt Kiara, KL?

Conclusion....

Really depends on your lifestyle, where you work, affordability etc.... there is no one size fits all answer to this.
