Des, is their office building they meant for own use? When I call in they mention is for their own use , neither for lease/sell .it just right beside the both residence. I haven’t got time pay a visit yet .

But if it is really managed directly by them, then we'll see better corporate tenants and maybe some decent F&Bs there. We all know what happens when office lots are open for sale to any Tom, Dick and Harry and likewise rented out to whomever they want, regardless of what kind of business it is.

Anyway, the sales package will only be confirmed somewhere around September, so I'm just waiting for an sms update from them when the time comes.

What is their block C price psf now? Got any package ?? Rm700k+++ able get one ???


Do developer still have any velocity 1 to sell ah
