Yes you are right - most views are blocked towards KL skyline view, by ph 2 serviced apartments and ph 3 business suite. All these would serve last pocket land of Sunway in that area, b4 acquiring more or JV with others. smile.gif

Even at the facility / swimming pool level, we would not be able to see TRX iconic tower, versus what had been presented or printed in the brochure. That is also why current ph 1 is priced at approx 850 psf and ph 2 will be priced at 1k psf (TBD).

I also wonder how they gonna pitch (probably say it's for own stay, view is not important and this is a high-growth location with gd connectivity) - as all studio / mid size units are oriented to face PGRM (w FOC HTC view), whilst all big size units (1xxx sqft) are blocked by future blocks, and priced from 1mil+. Notwithstanding, residents can still go 2 not-so fancy rooftop to enjoy the skylines, and Fireworks for special days. brows.gif

Education is only for professional courses. Shouldn't put much hopes for that. Price will only appreciate when all phases are completed w/ spill over effects for expatriates working in the city, or locals seeking home closer to the city. I still see some upsides for the 6xx & 8xx sq ft units. It is at the center of many MRT / LRT / Interchanges, and migration point for city-cheras.
