I guess, if it is a new project surely there will be some sign board put up. But I didn't notice if there is any.
The outlook is just very ordinary. Some more there are some existing KPKT(?! government flat/apartment) nearby already. (nearby the Petronas)

yes i still think the resi here wont jalan cos the surrounding areas are poor to lower middle income.. looks very bad n messy from afar. Won't stay there even with MRT. Eko cheras sounds like a better deal, just a few stops away smile.gif

yup...if everything is developed ...the price will be different liao... tongue.gif

buy for long term...nothing to worry.....if you try to study the whole development in this area n nearby 5km radius... n look into the connectivity of this area...ur prepective will be different... tongue.gif

yes very familiar with the whole development.. I've seen some numbers, tenants, asking rental, list of station, connectivity etc.

Like u said, this one is a long term thing with Velocity, TRX, Ikea+Ikano, TREC all in one area. V suites still got any units ah?

seen some workers doing soil testing few weeks back.....still got squatters staying on land for development.....yet to move out.....probably by mid year or year end......by then will be too costly to consider......
