this cochrane, Jln Peel, Maluri area have been flying since years ago after MRT was announced...will fy somemore when circle line, HSR, mrt2 announce later..as far as holding power, wont went wrong..

Is this project located just next to the Maluri Shops there? Nearby Hong Leong, and next to the traffic light. Saw some apartment coming up. Was wondering if it is those "affordable house". Heard also the hear say about IKEA coming into this area. Or this condo rest on the same piece of land as IKEA.

Not sure about the exact location.. dis one doesn't sound affordable to me.. IKEA 100% confirm.. supposed to open in 12 months (oct/nov) but latest by q1 2016 drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif

I don't expect affordable homes to be near the 3rd or 4th biggest Ikea in the world flex.gif flex.gif

haha if anything less than 900psf sure sapu kering..heard high density apartments above ikano gona be priced above 1.2k.. Wanna see the rental for velocity phase 1 without the mall mrt etc

ikano side will be 1.3k min....

rental for velocity about 3k to 3.5k.....but problem is other surroundings incomplete, so may drop to 2.5k to 2.8k or worst....

Saw one unit going for 1.5milllion 1.4k sqft.. unit facing other construction so must suffer for a few years.. bad bad deal to buy now tongue.gif tongue.gif

Office for rent RM5.50psf... ambitious pricing but let's see the occupancy after 6 months..
