Any further insights on this development?
Just made booking yesterday on the biggest unit. Plan to stay for own stay as wife working at KLCC and for me, I'm always changing jobs but it's always around KL/Selangor area so this development is like a center point to all potential offices location for me.
As a first time home buyer, i'm mainly worried as it is a serviced apartment on a commercial lot but as what I was told by SA, it's a residential unit on a commercial lot which will be protected under HDA, hence would not pose problems/risks such as increased quit rent, assessment tax, utilities (except for Syabas which will still fall under commercial lot rates but not really much difference compared to normal usage of condos).
Do give some insights of what you have in mind, keep the discussion open & clean
