I thought the T-50 kai is their f-5 replacement?

while at the same time we still debating wether we need attack heli or not, far far away with decision to buy it 

but then again i didnt see any significant of use for their Hind even though they procured Mi-35 not so long time ago..did their Hind involved in any operation against Papua or Timur Leste before?

Last minute decision....Gripen NG confirmed is the replacement of TNI's F5
44 units...free 10 units early used borrowed from Swedish AF
included in the deal Erieye AEW, 8 unit, and system integration with ground radar network
delivery batch 1 early 2015...takes time to customize specs to be able to carry russian's pencils...

It is an offer difficult to refuse...

I also support C-295 AEW but too bad, it used Israel Elta system.  if want to change , hole AEW system have to re-resign and RnD.
other solution C-295 mount Erieye AEW system. C-295 can have 9 hrs patrol time at air.
Anyway RMAF said before they prefer Turbofan Engine AEW. so i dream hope they buy B737 MESA.

i'm glad their gov cares more about defence than us..and their people support the gov's defence spendings..in here, defence is last on the list..and our people don't like the military spend people's monehhh..
