APMM combine all sea agency in Malaysia
Jabatan Laut, Jabatan Maritim, Jabatan Perikanan, Jabatan Taman Laut another small agency that
involved territorial water enforcement and put it ini one major agency

APMM will have jurisdiction from the coastline to 44 nautical miles off the coast, the EEZ
contiguous zone and internal waters.

PM also have similar jurisdiction and since APMM have more man power due to the merging of all the small agency
but small in asset number, there is no need of 2 agency in teh same jurisdiction.

but they failed to take notice that the PM presense are vital at some area in Malaysia as they are much more established such as Sabah and Kelantan.

not just man power but assest as well
for example Police Marine used to have 20 or more boats to patrol Sabah waters
but when 15 of the boats handed to the APMM, APMM will use the 15 not just for Sabah but the whole of Malaysia
hence the loop hole

and thanks to their shitty negligence they lost more boats and to the shitty management they decide not to us Police Marin Sri Gaya and Labuan that they took from the Police Marine!
