Political aside, I support PLKN if it serves the same purpose like Singapore's NS~ all I know all PLKN participants go there to have fun of themselves, more like "Kem Motivasi" program~

Take ngv tech enforcer lpd design.
Not sure how much it will cost but i dun think it will be very expensive. At least it will be way cheaper than mini dokdo and mistral.
We can also design lhd based on its.

around Euro 140 million for enforcer 8000 in 2010 price. for 2013 expected around 200 million euro.

It has to be either the 8000 tonnes or the 13,000 tonnes LPD as if i understand correctly anything bigger RMN will have berthing difficulties.

They can either be called Auxilliary ships or even LPD as its design somewhat is similar to the Indonesian Navy Makassar class LPD .

Sorry for the triple post...the first and second message went limbo..when third message published the first 2 reappeared. Tried to delete them but could not.

"The frigate is armed with the Boeing Harpoon surface-to-surface anti-ship missile."

The frigate is fitted with the DCNS Sylver vertical launch system with MBDA Aster 15 surface-to-air missiles. There are four eight-cell SYLVER A43 launch modules with 32 missiles. The two-stage Aster missile is a high-agility and high-manoeuvrability defence missile for deployment against incoming sea skimming anti-ship missiles which use evasive terminal manoeuvres and re-attack modes. In anti-missile mode the Aster 15 has a range of 15km. Aster also provides protection against manned and unmanned aircraft to a range of 30km
