No idea what you mean.... but i think that logically that if, God forbid, a war was to break out involving China then its of the utmost practicality that the US gets bases or staging areas which are more secure than the current ones in South Korea and Japan. The Philippines and Vietnam (they offered the use of Cam Ranh Base ) are too close to China for comfort.

The only other logical place would be Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia, and out of the three Indonesia is the most strategic as by basing in Indonesia together with India they can effectively  "police" the eastern Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal and to blockade the Malacca, Sunda and Lombok Straits.
