Im using alpine 9887 currently. thinking to add an DSP, with budget around 2k. I heard H701 is good but bit10 is some how a newer DSP. not sure which 1 is better. Im only running front active and a sub, will not upgrade to 3 way. with budget of 2k, i can get H701+controller or the bit10. do u guys have any experience with this 2 DSP? or any other processor around this price? thx

I use mosconi dsp 6 to 8 I am so happy with it.
H701 without controller can tune also, no worry

pre-tuning, you cant do any sorts of tuning without the controller.

post tuning, basically its just performs good till one day your battery dies... then you probably need to check, retune if needed.

other than that no issue...
