this socket....the upper yellow one...

Few users can't control their 4121 volume, volume suddenly set to max or no sound due to this socket , i dealed with this problem before as my friend owned this speaker as well, but i didn't fix for him since not so serious, just unplug and plugin again....i saw your case quite similar with that, so i guess is that problem too. smile.gif

i did the same method of unplug n plugin again...

but my problem still persist. cry.gif

any other solutions?? notworthy.gif

is ur VS4121 the silver w/blue LED or the 70th anni edition (black w/red LED)

Added on December 31, 2008, 8:23 amso far thru my experience the black 4121's vol knob wears out easily..
at the store demos, most of the 4121's exhibit jumpy volume changing.

Added on December 31, 2008, 8:26 amnow, if only they could fix the crossover freq and change the two 28mm tweeters on the 4121 to those they use on the 4221.. that wld be a much more balanced speaker.

mine is VS4121 Black with BLUE led...
