He is not online to me thou... is it because he ignored?

Exactly.... i thought so.. that's what the HTC staff told me... i just send my phone and card and they say warranty is over. Then i asked why ? There should be still warranty as i was told by the previous owner. Then staff said .. get her the receipt. If it's still within one year... then she can allow it. I have no idea how the system works but anyway the guy brought from his thread listed the item less than a year and it's posted on 14th sept... so they should be still warranty and sanjev007 also confirms it when i bought it from him. He told me i could claim the warranty just by bringing my phone and the warranty card... but they decline saying warranty is over.

It is not under warranty. I checked it's over. HTC staff confirmed for me. I was TOLD by sanjev that there is warranty ... for when i went to claim they said there is no warranty left. so is this considered a fraud ? He keep saying it's not his fault that htc don't take the phone for warranty ... so .. what the hell man. I'm confused as hell. haha. help me out.

He actually told me there is warranty even before dealing I confirmed with him that is why I purchase. he told me the date of purchase is at December 2012.. so supposing the phone should have one year for HTC one x and to end on December this year. The problem happened on my hand that is why i went to try to claim for warranty but it's not happening cause htc says the phone is out of warranty and requested for receipt.

Too be honest memang warranty left . I told u the exact same thing they told me that no need receipt or what's so ever. Can't refund bro cause memang not my fault too . During cod also no prob and was using the whole year and didn't have the screen prob

haha. thanks everything is settled FOR NOW. He is getting me the receipt see if can claim for warranty since it is requested by htc service centre.. So i'm waiting for now. Thanks for all the forumers help
