Seri Kembangan is quite far from KLCC.  The larger units are also being sold off first - which is a good indication of healthy demand.  Any reasons why this project is selling so well?

how if all those so called 'not inflated one' has been fully occupied? population in KL getting larger and larger, no matter how all these ppl still need to rent/buy a house, if they cannot afford, also have to rent/buy. they got no choice.

ok, for eg, last time fresh grad salary 2k, need to spend rm300 to rent a room. 15% salary gone to housing

now. fresh grad 2.5k, need to spend RM500 to rent a room. 20%

future . earn 3k and spend RM800 to rent a room. 27%

it jz a example, what I wanted to said is as long as the population in KL still growth, as long as more and more ppl come to KL for work or study. although the property price is expensive, but there still demand to absorb those supply.
