Unsold property units on the rise in Malaysia

the key word is apartment. so price should be affordable.
and for the Henge Kepong project, price is also reasonable and K.L address. if mid or higher range property, say RM700K above, no easy. so alots of BBB project by are all super high density one and < RM500K. |
