Patience never existed in Chelsea. That's why they call for heads every season. How many managers and players that went out so far tells the story.
I believe this is really wrong and that's why some commentators said, Football gone mad with moneyman in charge. A winning manager will have his off form season. Ancelloti won 1 EPL and then next season got fired. Goodness.
If Roman bought MU instead of Chelsea, I believe he would have fired SAF. That's how dumb that guy is.
Patience needs justification. I believe this is really wrong and that's why some commentators said, Football gone mad with moneyman in charge. A winning manager will have his off form season. Ancelloti won 1 EPL and then next season got fired. Goodness.

With the amount the Russian spent, he expected some good result. That is reasonable & justifiable.
As for SAF, he was lucky to be appointed as manager in 80s.
He brought MU to 1st runner-up in his 1st full season.
Besides, he came up with feasible plans in revamping coaching and scouting system for the club. And most important of all, the club owner bought his ideas and recognised his contribution.
These are the justifications.
