 newbie problem, shoulder joint feel loose?

dear sifu ,im a fresh meat here,wana ask wht happen to my left shoulder arm feel like very loose?what happen??HUH wondering??bt my right arm feel nothing...

Loose, can't feel anything? You sound like you dislocated your shoulder lol.

Most likely you didn't because if you did you probably would be screaming in pain and horror still

i dont feel any pain on my left arm shoulder, juz feel like the join very loose only.am i carry too heavy load?

most of it related to my shoulder weight lifting ,i dont know the machine equitment,is tat normal??

First off, do you have any history with shoulder injuries?

If no, have you been working out your shoulders everyday?

If still no, you have bad form.

I'm a newbie too... i think i know what you said (especially when using dumbbell)

actually it is not 'loose', but the muscle on left side is weaker than right side
and also your left hand is not able to control the muscle as good as right hand (i believe you are right-hander like me)

i do feel it when i start, now the situation is better when muscle is built up
