I know lumia 1020 is very good in camera, but really the reviewer have to bash the xperia z1 so badly, at the same time praise other flagship like HTC one, s4, and lg g2 ? htc one capture great photo, but Z1 Not to mention that even the downsampled shots are nothing to write home about and the full resolution 20MP photos are lackluster

what should i say? a very trusted and fair website for phone now turn into what?

actually i have seen quite some review about the z1, and i notice everyone's expectation is too high for the z1, even myself..
like the screen, we expect it to be as good as z ultra (which it should)
camera, because sony claimed itself the best camera in android
speaker, is better than z, but ppl expect more coz the speaker look a lot bigger (actually is smaller inside)

people always forget the z1 is a smartphone, coz every time they compare the camera with the lumia 1020, they will say how the 1020 beat the z1, but i think overall, z1 is better than all of them

you get good design (though subjective but u cant deny its ugly), slim (slimmer than 1020 and galaxy zoom), good camera (not the best, but at least one of the best)
the z1 is the balance of performance, design and function...

just my opinion

1 more thing really let down, the battery... they put 3000mah inside, but the battery still not as good as other...

actually i am always a sony fans, coz i like the design soo much, and that time when i see samsung's amoled display i dont like it coz the color is so unnatural, and the longer i see samsung phone, i realize their design is the same for all the model

but then recently i found out amoled is actually good in some way, not as bad as i thought, and it would be best if sony could use ips, but nvm la

after 1st batch it will become cheaper i guess?
may i ask if the z1 come in lte or 3g?

then the price is quite ok what (i rmb s4 lte is like 2499?) ... the note 3 selling for 2399 is 3g or 4g?

i wonder the s800 processor really make a difference? coz i use my aunt z ultra, same wifi, but i surf internet sooooo much faster than the note ...

aand the thinness lightweight of z ultra really helps, the feeling is so good like a piece of high tech glass

dono if z1 have the same feeling or not ..

if im not wrong freebies will only be given out after official launching, just like the xperia z, for the wireless speaker, those who bought it before launch were able to claim the speaker (need to register i guess)

by freebies i mean smartwatch 2 or qx10 lens

quick camera review between lumia 1020 and z1, looking really great on the z1, although 1020 is better in some sense

i cant find any video on the hammer test for z1, only found 1 fake video which says z1 hammer test, but instead it is stolen from some1 who was hammer testing the xperia Z...

The glasses are easily shattered, thats why they pre-installed the screen protector, but one more thing is z1 uses unibody aluminium frame which may strengthen the body and will not be cracked easily when dropped...lets hope android authority to put a drop test on z1

i think if screen is ur main concern, then you should go and try it urself, to see whether you can live with the screen or not.. coz words sometimes cant really tell how bad or good exactly..
