just gotten the purple Z1...so far everything works well...still importing my stuff from s3 into this phone
lovin the magnetic dock

i turned on the brightness to max, so far no yellow hue noticed yet. ok let me play around more to see if i can spot it.
one thing i noticed is that the phone turns pretty warm after some usage (downloading of apps, playing the settings, etc)

my package comes with dock as standard too. some sellers told me there is no dock in the original package which i think they are just being ignorant.

how do u see the serial number? coz i cant seem to find any codes starting with BH

thats not QR code...thats the NFC logo guess they wanted to be minimalist on the logo

i think purple or white are cool. well of cause personally preference. but still this sony purple isn't too striking either.

ok so i did some water proofing test on my z1.

i dipped the phone into my bath tub and realised that the screen will have movements on itself eg, the moment i dipped it into water, the screen scrolls to the next page by itself. This keeps going on as i move the phone underwater.

Maybe the screen detected the electrons in the water hence the movement?

the phone supposed to be water resistant right? but of cause before going underwater, have to make sure the flaps are closed properly la. hahaha

non sealed means they took out the dock and sell it seperately? coz my unit was sealed and the dock was inside.

anyone knows how can i copy paste words from say whatsapp or messaging?

coz coming from galaxy s3, all i have to do is just press and hold on that word and drag the slider to highlight the parts i want to copy. then just press and hold again to paste.
