yellow is not a defect or white (blue) screen is not better. it is just different colour temperature. it is like your downlights with warm white, cool white and daylight.

if it is not put side to side it is hardly a problem

watched SNSD Papparazi 1080P on my XZU and it super hyper f***ing damn syok!

Yet people make a big deal out of it, may i request for 1 to 1 change, can i claim for warranty if i saw this? I think better to have Sony put back the white balance adjuster, just a software to hardware output, different hardware might interpret the colour wrongly or they think "that input" should have "this output" but ends up different colour from dfferent display.

the yellow hue is better. the white screen if read in dark area produces more glare and are worst to the eyes. under normal lighting conditions, it would hardly matter.

went to mv gardens sony centre...they dun have real display unit to play with

although im here is not to argue which colour temperature is better....just want to give Z1 a little justice.....feel sad for him. Actually tried out Z (Sony sales own phone) and Z1 this noon, Z has btter viewing angle (latest firmware) he said is the brightness output controlled lower and have better black level, thus give the good viewing angle. (Sorry guys, not to start bragging on viewing angle, just to said firmware seems to help on that as well) Colour richness on Z1 is definitely better. Trade in S2 for around 400, worth it? Dock is definitely included. Selling price of the phone is 2350 under sony authorize seller.

S2 can get 400? not bad! IMO is best to sell it off while it is still worth something. no point keeping it just for collection purpose. in the end the phone remains good but the battery is dead for good without any replacement battery.

Is not sony centre but authorize dealer, Sony appointed sales girl there to promote Z1. Is in Queensbay Mall, Penang. The free gift including Dock (for sure), flip case, and screen protector. Origninal DYNAMICS set, allow me to open, try and baru pay.
