QUOTE(Jason @ Oct 4 2013, 11:02 PM) I think got 3rd party apps that can do it. But put Z1 next to Xperia Ultra in Sony Centre.. straight away can see the Xperia Ultra is whiter, brighter and overall a better screen despite both have triluminous technology... same technology doesn't mean they will use the same type of panelSony claims the Z1 & Xperia Ultra same technology..but when I view side by side.. Xperia Ultra is miles ahead.. Z1 looks bad beside it. I don't know about you, but Z1 screen is inferior to Xperia Ultra... which is sad. I really want to buy this phone. anyway head on Z1 and ZU is the same in terms of quality, until you go into the viewing angle part unless that particular Z1 screen is problematic to begin with |

there's a new app / mode for our camera call Motiongraph for Xperia
to get it just start your camera, at the choose mode screen, tap +App at top right corner, then dl it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...ngraphforxperia basicly it can take a still "picture" with only 1 particular part moving. similar to one of the function from nokia smart camera This post has been edited by ZeneticX: Oct 4 2013, 11:22 PM |

so i tried to add whatsapp to the active apps list to see what will happen if some1 send me a message when the screen is off. the message went through since no data and wifi how the message is able to send to me ? you guys can try it out as well, best with other messaging apps and confirm the result |

QUOTE(un_id @ Oct 5 2013, 04:24 PM) On my XZU, on stamina mode, I selected whatsapp and email to be active.. Whatsapp msg always come in one QUOTE(keretapir @ Oct 5 2013, 04:24 PM) i think that whatsapp already obtain access to use mobile date/wifi during installation but since wifi and data is off by default in stamina mode, how the phone know there's a message gonna come in through whatsapp and enable the data/wifi ? so, when you whitelist the app to go through the STAMINA moder filter, it'll also not disable data connection. or data / wifi is on all the time ? then whats the point of stamina mode ? |

QUOTE(aewer @ Oct 5 2013, 04:39 PM) the point is when you are not select whatsapp and email, the data will off,but now you only select whatsapp and email, the data are still on,but other background apps, will all close. so that means i select whatsapp now, during stamina mode the wifi / data is kept on ? then no point for turning on stamina mode edi ? |

feel like getting this bumper case, but i notice there's some ports which are covered like the microsd port, but i don't mind that actually
but the dock connector is covered as well, if wanna charge means have to remove the case http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/flexiframe-sony...-red-p41268.htm |
