You are looking at mobile camera not DSLR lens, bokeh output is by how many blade inside the lens, don't you think you hope too much? Thanks it can given you some bokeh effect as it is just a mobile phone.

DSLR is DSLR, not everyone fancy on it. It is big, heavy and bulky, not suitable for daily carry and not for every moment taken.
