Hi everyone me and Gest has been working together to order in bulk with the supplier. Please allow me to explain what actually happened.

We have send the order and have received the invoice. Once we have made the payment, they then told us there was no more stock. If there is no stock then why did they issue the invoice? Then I ask them since its still early is it still possible for them to order it from HK or US? And if we cant get it now when can we get it the soonest?

Unfortunately, the only reply we get from them was we will refund your money in 7 days. I have instructed my lawyer to send a Legal Letter to ensure that the refund will be made in 7 days failure which they will be charge in court.

I sincerely apologize to everyone as I have done everything according to procedure and yet I was victimized in this situation as well. 1st time in my life someone issued an invoice, i made payment then said no stock really WTF  SIGH No worries we will refund all your money within this week. Please provide your bank account to Gest and we will immediately proceed with the refund.

Again I don’t know what to say about this anymore. Im speechless, angry and helpless. I want to apologize to everyone again because I really don’t know what to do anymore. Sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
