i would say, if you having a bad feeling that the person might be scamming you, you should start getting every info ready, record down the first message as the base prove just incase... note the phone number, (don't erase it) save every messages you messaged the person and what he/she replied back to you (personal info) like name of the person, the face, if possible (before doing any business, you should always ask for the person's IC) just incase he/she scammed you,
so if you have the person's IC use it as your first base prove too... better yet.. still the messages and whatever he/she gave you.. just remember, don't pay anymore unless that person can prove their loyalty in giving you the item...
also another option.. ask that person to take a picture of the product with him/her in the photo as a prove that he/she will sent it.. and also along with any documents, such as receipt or postal address... this is if you want to know if this person is not scamming on you...
