1. We are an online store, and do not carry stock. All stock is obtained directly from our distributor's warehouse for you. Distributor's warehouse stock is based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

2. For purchases, we require:-
a. COD cases: 50% deposit (the other 50% to be paid upon receiving item)
b. Delivery/postage cases: Full payment

3. Once your deposit/payment is received, we will inform you that we have received payment, and will call our distributor and make the order for you.

4. If the item is not in stock, you can choose to:-
a. Wait for new stock to come in (may take 1 to 3 weeks), or
b. Get an immediate full refund

5. Lastly, we will meet up with you to deliver the item (COD cases), or use PosLaju's "Next Day Delivery" service (delivery/postage cases)

Receipts will be issued with every purchase, and we will handle any warranty cases you might have with the item for you.

4. Delivery: All items are sent out on every Thursday of the week. Customers can expect to receive their items on the next day (Friday).
