what about the volume rocker / power button? if it is dent in / and one of them is missing (probably missing inside the phone?) is there anyway to get it repaired on my own? doesnt want to send it to the care centre =.= need to wait for weeks w/o the phone

i believe smartphone all using Torx screw. just go to any mobile wholesales store and buy the T Torx Screwdriver tools Set.

If volume rocker / power button are covered with warranty suggest send to SC.

Anyone knows where i can buy a replacement secondary microphone. Think i busted mine. If let nokia centre penang repair, need to leave phone for approx 2 weeks.

My phone having rare random restart when not using it, etc: when sleeping, woke up and saw my phone need my SIM card passcode...
I've try phone reset, reinstall black, still same ...
I've lost the receipt, can I still get warranty from Nokia store? I bought it from Nokia store.

yes you can, they will check ur phone imei in their system, but date is follow system one, so vary with ur actual purchased date

Can't open apps at times, for no particular reason. Everything is still running fine, but apps just can't be opened. All apps. Had to restart the phone.


Any of you faced the same thing?

Nope. Only problem I faced is once the signal is out, my DATA wont resume. Need to restart. I'm using DiGi. Hard reset monthly basis.

Been using it since day 1 and not a single problem like that occurred before.
In fact there has yet to be any single problem yet when I start using 1020..
When I use 920... Got a lot of problem.
