Mine as well. It like there's an interference. But, why only in that Smart Cam app? hmm.gif

Seems like fluorescent like flicker to me, means the app must be locked in 50hz flicker reduction instead of 60hz for our country.

Simple way to test is to see if the flicker doesn't show up when you're not in a room lit by fluorescent lighting.

Irritating to see during the preview, but shouldn't cause any problems when taking pictures.
*
gotta test outdoor by tomorrow. when inside room, thought only the screen flick, but the end result shows there's some line over the photo as well

Well.. it IS snapping pictures as fast as possible so you might be capturing within the flicker of the light.

See here for some info.

yeah bro, thanks for the info.
i knew fluorescent flicks while we're taking picture, so actually it captures the flicks of the fluorescent as well.
well, again, tomorrow gonna take some outdoor daylight using the smart cam smile.gif

But I can see the quality of the photo will like downgrade after taking the shot.
Maybe like bit blur and color tone become warmer.

Doesn't feel like 34mp :\ was wondering do we need to access to computer then only can see 34mp ?
*
didn't encounter this issue
I did able to see the photo on the phone, method as mentioned by me in your quote

I think captured image will never same as the picture quality we see in viewfinder/LCD screen
*
if want to see the full details of the 34mp photo, then better using PC's LCD screen rather than the phone's screen nod.gif

Think no one answered one of my question, will the matte body of Lumia 1020 easily get scratch ?

Cause the camera grip top there if want to take out, I can feel like it's scratching it >.<

Or other hard casing like Nilkin.
*
im not going to test how strong is the phone body laugh.gif
but not to worry, the phone's body usually can withstand those minor/light scratches smile.gif

One thing to take note on the 1020 screen is, it was a 2.5D gorilla 3 curve screen, so SP always had problem to fit at the edge of the screen.
*
lucky part is both side is ok.
only the top and bottom part. tried to fit either top or bottom, but failed blush.gif

I also see same issue at bottom side, but not as serious as you,  because I put the SP from the top side, make sure the SP cover only the flat surface as much as possible, not the curve surface. smile.gif
*
i also applied it from top to bottom, but unfortunately for me both top and bottom also gone wrong rclxub.gif
But anyway, nice item there, thanks thumbup.gif

Mine fit perfectly except top there got a tiny 3mm small little part not stick >.<
*
meaning the alignment of your SP is more towards upper, which the bottom part stick perfectly but left the upper un-stick.
i tried to balance both upper and bottom part but failed, thus led to the upper and bottom part didn't stick quite well.
but anyway, as long as the major part was covered, no complaint blush.gif

Only worry part is the dust accumulation  sweat.gif because the edges is empty so if put into pocket (dust world), slowly will get tons...
So only way to get the full resolution is to from PC i guess?
Even from phone's camera roll, i also see that the quality like 5mp sad.gif

But your picture is really good despite it's only 5 megapixel  thumbup.gif
*
yeah, i worry that too sweat.gif sweat.gif after a while sure a lot of dust and will looks ugly
camera roll only showing the 5mp photos, if wanna view the hi-res photo needs to open by using Pro Cam rclxub.gif a bit "mah fan" = troublesome for me though
