anyone has problems with their phone being detected by the laptop?

my laptop sometimes refuses to detect my phone. even with the windows phone app. restarting both devices also can't work

any idea why? problem with laptop or phone?

i didnt apply any since day 1. got a few small non-obvious scratches unless u see closely. then again...i think it was when my nokia flew across the floor face down when i tripped the cable charging it. doh.gif

dwlding refocus now...really curious to how it performs since i nearly bought an actual lytro earlier this year but there wasn't a windows support back then.
