Hmm... today morning I booted up my system and tada!
Cibema 4D (A 3D app) couldn't use any of it's resource strings, Windows Live Messenger forgot my account details and my Mcafee AV software kept bugging me to verify it's subscription status.

The real problem was Bitcomet... not starting at all. It needed MSXML3, which was quite weird since it's preinstalled with IE6.

So, I tried every copy available of MSXML, even to the newest version 4 SP2, to no avail.

Anyone experienced with this kind of stuff?
