Professionalism may not get me the most profitable or highest commission, but it always to get the best deal for our owner and clients.
It's norms that owner always want the best deal but whenever we are in the business, thats nothing personal. Please dont waste everyone time Its all about commitment, real offer, pace and timing! Still i will stick back to my business principal & phylosophy. |

OMG. My 2pcs 8 x 4 banner was twice pull out by someone. 1st pcs less than 24hours, 2nd pcs last about 3days. Too busy bringing people viewing and collecting deposit till, just notices my 2pcs banner was missing. Wondering y people are so efficient on this...salute!

Dear all, The lake was under the management of developer UDA Land. Anyone no matter residence or outsider are not allow to enter the lake jogging & jogging track due to security reason.
I was there recently aroudn 9pm but the lake valley guardhouse not allow me to enter... So DONT WORRY ON THE SECURITY HERE. CCTV, INTERNAL & EXTERNAL GUARDHOUSE, GATE/GUARDED... |

Bear in mind that the words of 'selling price' are too wide and can be confusing to all parties sometime. It all started with OWNER ASKING price then follow by PURCHASER OFFER price. It can be subject to OWNER COUNTER OFFER price if owner do not agree the 1st offer from purchaser. Subsequently it can follow all the way for 2nd counter offer and so on UNTIL the FINAL AGREED PRICE from both parties.

When ONE OWNER dealing with too many agents there will be few situations as below.
