Hi all,

Bought a sub sales studio apartment a year ago, and the renovation started.
Been reading on previous post and learn alot from fellow forumers.
It's my turn to share smile.gif

My idea on how to fully utilize the space of this small house:

Build a partition wall to cover up the dining area to make this house a 2 bedroom instead f just 1.
Add an entrance cabinet would be nice.

Looks like it will be a very cozy place.
Laminated floors always gives that feeling especially when the space is small.

Are the laminated floorings on top of existing tiles? Didn't remove the tiles, right?
Does it mean the floors are slightly higher? If so, what to do with the doors?
Change them all?

They will usually slice the bottom off.

What about the main door of condo? Usually it's a fire-resistance rated door...
Also can slice off the bottom?

About 9ft.
yes, my contractor advice me to just do L Shape, so it won't lower down the whole living room.

Spend around 17k. exclude tiles, toilet bowl, toilet accessories, light bulb and paint.
Busy running around to buy, but its good to choose things i like.
