i didnt do a full backup..and now its shows that i must connect to itunes and it says if I proceed to restore it will erase all the data..
Is there any way to recover the data ? Please help... |

you already done the upgrade or worried about doing the upgrade?
If you already done t he firmware upgrade then it is pretty much something like a PC format. Since you didn't have any backup then there are nothing to restore from right? That is except for if you backup to icloud. Which you can choose to restore from icloud. All your backups will be in icloud. |
