I apologise for not replying the PMs as we had some trouble with our connection for the past few days . It is back up and a pm has been sent to those who have PM-ed us. For those who have requested for PM in this thread, we will be sending you a PM soon.

Dear Sir, as stated from your problem , we have pmed you the tracking number and the parcel is on your way but at the moment is stuck with the customs as you can see.

We tried to resolve it asap but calling the courier here have told us that we need to consult the shipping agency in China. Since China had their National day on the 1st of October, the agent took 1 week off for holiday (We have pmed you the statement published on their site) so we have to wait until this coming monday to get them to settle this. If you don't get your case by tuesday / they cannot settle it for us in a timely manner, we would gladly refund you.

SGP casing is not in the market yet.

We are collecting orders now for booking. Those who order will receive a free casing temporarily while we wait for the sgp casing to arrive

For now, the set date is 15th of october. We might receive it within a few days around that time. Priority will be given to those that have ordered as the stock is quite limited due to high demand for it.

To all those who have ordered their casing,

It had been shipped yesterday from our warehouse. Once we receive it, we will begin sending it to everyone

We received the first batch yesterday, and those have been shipped out to the buyers who booked earlier.

You guys will be receiving it by next week as the stock is on the way.

SGP just released the stock to us, due to a high amount of demand.

Not to worry, by next week, everyone should get their casing
