QUOTE(Geminist @ Jul 13 2006, 11:33 PM) They are supposed to snail mail and email me. Yes, I have someone I can call which is the director, the HR or one of the team leaders within that division. If I were to make a phone call, who should it be to? The director or the HR? My preference is with the director is because he was the one who invited me to the interview and he was the one who coordinated the interview. IMHO, call the director... Dreamer

In Malaysia, I am immuned to this 'call back' promises already. However, I am not sure whether is it a norm over in UK for them to call you back even if they decided not to hire you. Anyhow, just call the director for confirmation since he is the one who handles the interview session.

in malaysia, if they dont want to hire you they never bother to call back, regardless of what they promised.
