I remember Dell customer support service very good. In a few minutes, they can detect your Window specifications. I upgrade from Window XP to Window 7 myself, but in their recordkeeping, they surprise to know that. Then they help me repair the laptop at the college summore in open view of all students. Wow, priceless feeling
