My team at least 12 months for roles up to Senior Analyst and 18 months for roles from Advisor onwards only can apply for rotation/internal transfer. Unless you're a high flyer or in special rotation programs.

Dell ppl work only mon to fri 9 to 6nia. Not like last time.

Even if Friday, reported after 5pm they also start the process on Monday!
