15% very very hard to justify for me to move...even 20% i need to think very hard..unless my current job really screw up laugh.gif

ya, basic naik 15% so yes annual is less than 15%, unless the other type of bonus more, which is variable lor..better count those guarantee 1..
if i dun move, yeah will wait like 2yrs only can get, but last 2 yrs got 1 KL company offer me also higher than this new offer now..so i feel not worth..

try other company bah...or maybe i reject them liao, they will come back with better offer which always happened rclxms.gif

sometimes when u deal with HR, u need to have poker face..
i'll never gv my expected salary for the 1st round..i think HR not stupid also..so they come with a safe figure 1st...then i only tell them is way below my expectation and reject them..if they ask then only gv them the figure now...most of the time they will come back to u rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

salary negotiation same as buying thing, whoever came out with the number 1st, who lose...
thats why u go petaling street, u ask the ahbeng seller what is the price, they will ask u how much u want instead of they give u the price 1st

but not everytime successful..but i can say that out of 10 times i tried, almost got 7-8 they will come back..
actually u can tell if they really like u and want u badly from the biubiu and phone conversation...then u know that if u want a bit more..they are ok 1..

sometimes we think that it's not easy to find job so dun dare to request more, but it's maybe harder for employer to find suitable candidate also 1...so they rather gv u more and go thru the whole biubiu process again.

ya, employer want to find suitable employee is as hard as we find job..somemore they need to waste time go to biubiu with u.
try not to talk about pay in biu...when they call u offer u liao, even though below ur expected salary try not to reject straight away..told them below ur expected salary but u will consider in few days..then call them back again u can't accept liao..
