For now, it is fine, but the mall needs more sustainable development and the growth of other components.
Look at Mid Valley, it was not as popular as many would have imagined. I was there more than 10 times over the first 2-3 months. IT was just another mall. Many dont bother to even visit due to the traffic concern. |
