semenyih to seremban is more than 40km...


so..i think you are the one who do not how far to seremban and how near to IOI mall...

Southen part really need a large mall like ioi city mall, nowadays, the mines, jusco cheras selatan cheras central, leisuire mall ate so pack with ppl, th pppulation growth for cheras/kajang area is the highest compare to other area

mines is smaller, but damn packed during weekend...so this southern part of klang valley need a larger mall

Wah geng take leave just to visit mall...no wonder malaysia keep making new shopping malss....

Haha ok, no worry, IOI mall should looks fatanstic....after All those mega malls that mainly built at kl center or north side, finally south part will have a signature shopping mall......waiting for sunway velocity, ikea at cochcrane to boost up the value for kl south area

Went to ioi city mall today, departed from setia ecohill welcome center...take only 20 min without jam..only jam when went into the ioi city mall car park...

Very huge and good mall...lots of FNB choices...the homepro and index home living give a ikea kind of feeling...and the tesco..very surprise on the design, not like conventional design..this tesco simliar to publika B.I.G grocery.

When GSC start operate....this mall sure can become more "wong", good choice for those live at kajang,bangi and semenyih area...finally got a signature one stop shopping mall nearby which can compete with oneU, sunway and midvalley...

haha..until now still talking about pork..

if according to ur theory..there should'nt be selling beef as well..it's offend to our Indian friend..

and it should'nt sell whatever meat, as some ppl are vegetarian..selling meat is kind of offense to them..

no alcohol as well..

no cinema as well...

so at the end, better shut down the mall...

well..when the GSC start to operate..it will survive well...

this mall serve the majority south part residents

look at the mines...much more smaller mall, parking rate also not that cheap..but it survive very well until today..

so no worry on IOI mall..it will survive very well..especially when the GSC cinema start operating...

cinema is one of the very major factor for a mall to become success...hardly to see any mall failed with TGV and GSC...

and saw quite a number of mall become success after cinema kick in...

tropicana city mall was quite dead and only become happening after GSC opening..

eventhough AEON with cinema is more successful compare to AEON mall without cinema...

How is the mall during weekend after charge on the carpark?heard the crowd is reducing oledy, anyone can verify?

the tenants for IOI city mall still not so attractive as mid valley and one utama..but got room for improvement...

Really that bad? Went there lasr weekend watched movie, the crowd still a lot, eventhough parking fee is expensvie, and many shops opening, PPL not only window shopping, lots of PPL really spent the money to buy things,...toys r us, living index, Tesco are crowded...

IOI city mall is getting better in terms of tenants...

ok la.got padini, uniqlo, H&M....hopefully more will come
