There's one kindergarten inside Puteri Palma Condo, it's located at block G. There are expats who are doing post-grad in UPM, sending their children to this kindy. They do not stay here actually.

I pay 19cents/psft (including sinking fund), I think it's still reasonable.

Yes, my block is a newer one. I didn't realize that older Block is under different management team.
