Anyway for sure MV will be losing a big portion of market share from Puchong / Kinrara, OUG / Sri Petaling, Putra Permai / Equine, Cyber / Putra, Kajang etc
IOI will be a success, no competitor in vicinity

Why MV will lose big portion of market share from OUG/Srr Petaling, Kinrara etc..distance wise MV is nearer than IOI City Mall.

For me in Bandar Sungai Long, MV is slightly nearer than IOI CM too.

I really don't mind have more mega mall to shop, I think both mall can co-exist without much problem.

Don't think Mid Valley will be affected adversely, MV location, management and fengshui simply too good.

So far the most auspicious/ong shopping mall in term of fengshui is Mid Valley Megamall.

Do you notice that all cars are travel anti-clockwise slowly around Midvalley, like two hands hold you with love.

The terminology is a jade belt that hugs the waist”. It would seem as though Mid Valley is being hugged by the road. Do note that the road needs to be “hugging” the dwelling and not hitting it. Otherwise, it would be inauspicious.

Furthermore from the road/traffic arrangement there is a really good fengshui master behind Midvalley/IGB Group.

Anyway flood in modern mall like IOI City Mall still not acceptable, IOI should take serious action to remedy it.
