One of the advantages of MV is that it's catchment areas are mostly without the need to pay toll.
Also, it is easily accessible via various public transport mode.

Among the 5 you mentioned, probably Sunway could be affected the most.

On another notes, I dont think neither 5 of them will be affected much in long run by IOI City Mall since the latter is catered more for KL Southern fringe crowds.
