For now, it is fine, but the mall needs more sustainable development and the growth of other components.

Look at Mid Valley, it was not as popular as many would have imagined. I was there more than 10 times over the first 2-3 months. IT was just another mall. Many dont bother to even visit due to the traffic concern.

In fact, TGV in Cheras Sentral and 1Shamelin remain the best option for me to catch up movie without all the queues and jams in Klang Valley. 

Coz thats the only available large space for the cinemas. no choice.

Dun think anytime soon for even a 70% occupations. Must wait for the MRT completed then only will see a better shoppers flow.

Operating shops there are barely hanging and only relying on weekend crowds. Weekdays its just a dead mall.

There was once im the only person who are in the cinema watching movie. Scary but enjoying thou. 

Design parking also not good

90pc malls in klangvalley all quiet during weekdays.....if u go quillcity mall thren u know what is scary...hai. our epf money gone...mmmm..

You mean IOI Putrajaya?

IOI Puchong compare with IOI Putrajaya really huge different.

Sunway pyramid mid valley both also more than 15years,  I think more depend on the management

Should refurbish it. Many Puchong folks prefer go to Sunway Pyramid instead of IOI Puchonh

So Cham? I always park premier carpark rm10. Easy come easy go.

how the crowds the week before CNY? other malls i went to very packed.

parking from 11am to 4pm, i paid about rm6.60. It is damn pricey for IOI city mall to charge at such premium price. You shopping mall ain't premium compare to 1utama or midvalley or Sunway Pyramid or the Curve. Furthermore they are charging cheaper than you. You mall is located at isolated place. The rates is not justified according to population density area. Your plantation land converted commercial land is not a premium land like golden triangle land in KL/PJ. The parking rates you are charging is not reasonable.
