Small flood only la. It rained really very heavy ler that day. Many places also flash flood mah. IOI City mall is still a nice mall to go.

in construction area..flood at ground floor is maybe acceptable in such flash flood~~... but flood water come from 2nd floor is very cannot acceptable for new mall construction ~~~
