So far I've been there twice and from what I saw, the prices there are the same for items that are also available at other Tesco outlets. Also the promo as advertised in the nationwide Tesco flyers also apply to this outlet. Maybe certain items like fresh food that are not available at other Tescos may be priced higher lah...

They also have their own inhouse flyer for this IOI City Mall outlet and there's a voucher at the back which is valid until 30th November (RM5.00 cash voucher for every purchase of RM60 and above in a single receipt). I only found out about this after I paid for my items sad.gif

There maybe reason y IOI doesnt wan to build city mall in putrajaya.. haha. Overall they still wan ppl frm those area to go there. Putting it in putrajaya will increase risk of a fail mall. Smart.

Went there today, LG floor is flooded with ppl while retail units are not really performing. 95% ppl are windows shoppers, only f&b laku.

Putrajaya? Hopeless city
Look at the amount of people's money spent on the infras?
It is a big joke if you can see the property price reflected in the sub sale market
I told my foreign buyers to stay away fr this place and dun get fooled by those fancy street lights and lakes, it brings no hope in property investment

You see, this sentence truly reflect how bad is Putrajaya in the house buyer's perception..

Of course, you can purchase

Own stay and Investment are totally 2 different thing
If you work in Putrajaya / Cyberjaya, then Putrajaya is the BEST location to you instead of KLCC
I say Putrajaya has the best infras in this country, but why the price is still weak? Something must be wrong, you and me know exactly wat is the problem

Again, for investment purpose, pls stay away

there is no big investor concentration at mrt/lrt/monorail target area? like shaftbury avenue? or alamanda?

ERL are not convenient to move around? or

the lifestyle there are too simple and peaceful? nothing much happening there?

The are better choices out there
Once fully completed MRT lines, total traveling distance would be estimated around 200 kms, also means 100-200 destinations (investment points) surrounding MRT stations, Putrajaya could be one of it, I foresee at least 30 places are more potential than Putrajaya. Unless you tell me that Putrajaya new condo is selling 200/sf, then I say it has rooms to appreciate

Putrajaya is hard to change. Cyberjaya is better option if one intends to get some exposure in this part of klang valley.

Ioi city mall address shows it is in Selangor. I don't think it's hard. Just whether got market for these clubs, hard rock, etc. it will take time.

Yes, I have posted that in previous page. Looks like the putrajaya name is borrowed but icm is not under federal territory.

I googled alamanda mall address as shown below. It's under FT.
Alamanda
Lot LG77, Lower Ground Floor,
Alamanda Shopping Centre,
Jalan Alamanda, Precinct 1,
62000 Putrajaya,
Wilayah Persekutuan
