Celcom's LTE infrastructure does cater for LTE-A as well. Just for your information. smile.gif

But to me, that's still a long way to go.
*
That definitely is
Look at Celcom's LTE coverage, still very small and limited as compared to Maxis
Appointed Usain Bolt as their LTE ambassador yet not going big
Maybe have to wait till 2020 then only they fully implement LTE-A laugh.gif

Maxis have wider coverage right?
*
Yup
I stay in Puchong and most of the Puchong area is covered under Maxis
Celcom still do not cover Puchong

smile.gif I can't comment much on this part as I have signed NDA and Celcom's LTE development/implementation belongs to our company.
*
That I understand
Just like a celebrity signed to be a spokesperson for a certain brand smile.gif

Looks like my next carrier will be Maxis, they are expensive for a reason  tongue.gif
*
But Maxis fail me this round mad.gif
I am actually hoping Maxis to come out some Surfmore plans for N3
So I can sign up to replace my data plan and get N3 at a cheaper price
But what the staff told me is they are currently concentrating on iPhone 5S/5C plans doh.gif

Not a good idea, the whole mall will be jammed up.
Mid Valley will not agree... sweat.gif

That's why Maxis's last year iPhone 5 launching event was not at Megamall laugh.gif

wow. if like that I think it's better to pay using Citibank CC since got cash rebate later rather than paying cash at no extra benefits.
*
Citibank Cashback CC? Can't use it for points deduction wor hmm.gif
Normal reseller will charge 3% extra some more

There are other banks, Maybank as well. smile.gif
Those big ones will not charge. biggrin.gif

I know
he said wanna use Citibank CC to get cash back mar
IIRC that's the only Citibank CC that can get cash back reward but no rewards points to knock off laugh.gif

I think the Note 2 in this region is not supported.

https://new.maxis.com.my/content/maxis/en/p...d-coverage.html

The Note 2 is not listed there. The S4 is.

Nowadays as long as your microsim card is LTE enabled
and your device supports Malaysia LTE frequencies (1800MHz & 2600MHz)
there's no reason why your device could not detect the LTE network

Like uncle Benny said
most of the CS staff are not that technically well versed
they just follow published guide only

My reseller already got ready stock hmm.gif
*
Yeah mine too
He couldn't sell earlier due to stern warning from Samsung
If tomorrow still can't get
I might as well go for the e-bay deal
At least can get the phone at RM1999 if no luck on the limited 20 units
Save few hundred bucks for other things

Or who knows all of the sudden Maxis release the N3 plans tomorrow?
