well some shop dont key in the warranty first and they stockpile together only key in. My past experience got a defect phone, and the shop owner say once key in the serial then u face to the phone company for warranty and u cant exchange 1on 1 new unit(will be troublesome).

well if no 1 on 1 exchange for defect unit within a week then u end up paying RM2k for phone without having a phone to use and end up waiting for weeks/months for warranty claim ?? -.-
