i have bought 1 graphic card from this guy popeye.he said will give 1 week personal warranty.i have tested the item but the item received is not as described.it should be 64 mb graphic card but the actual is only 16mb of memory.already sms and pm the seller but still not received any replied.pls advise

I don't know much about complaining but at least, I think you should include more details on the guy who sold the product and the details of the products... in a more organized format.

hmmm i used to have a geforce 2 mx...it was 32mb...not sure if the mx chipsets have 64mb...i could be mistaken....

I even owned a 128mb MX series card..

i also don't know much about complaining but still i will try to do my best to described the situation.This guy popeye has sold me 1 graphic card 64mb 128bit geforce mx400 for rm45.I have received this item and tested it.but after tested with several pc and several software the actual memory is only 16mb.I know that rm45 is not much but still i should get what i have paid for and this guy popeye should check the item first b4 sell it to anyone.i already sms and pm him several times but did not received any replied.He also gave me 1 week personal warranty.do you think this kind of person should do trading in LYN or not?all I want is justice..

sori i have no picture to post right now coz no camera to take the images. i'm really frustrated and dissapointed.this guy popeye didn't bother to solve this problem although already inform him many times..and the progress on solving this issue is to slow.maybe i just need to step back and blame myself for trading in LYN.

actually u need to get enough information from him 1st b4 trading...
such as the card pic, pic of everest bout the card info, or the bios screen about the card's info...

otherwise he can said tat the graphic card is 64mb without any prove

maybe i have made a mistake but the seller should replied me back after i have inform him about the card problem.the card have sticker stated 64mb geforce2 mmx but after tested,only can get 16mb.all i want is this guys popeye to answer me back and try to solve this problem.since today i have not received any feedback from him.

my personal view is tell him to refund, since he said got 1 week personal warranty...
now got the defect on tat card, is 16mb not 64mb...

actually u have the right to request for his IC copy for in case if anything happend... if he con u, u can do report to police or go to his house directly for discussion...

how can i get any refund if he did not answer neither my sms/phone call nor my pm.how am i going to get his ic?i live in kedah,he live in kl.i don want to create any problem more,so going to the police is not my option,not worthless for rm45.all i want is he get some punishment from lyn admin.this kind of attitude should not be entertain.
