General information This competition is organized by pcgame.com.my. The rules and regulations of this competition are decided and written by Regulation Committee of pcgame.com.my. This Committee reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations from time to time without notice. It is encouraged to review these rules and regulations from time to time in order to apprised of any changes.
By attending this competition, players agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these rules and regulations. Players agree that the application of these rules and regulations is at sole discretion of the game marshals, and that any decision from game marshal will supersedes these rules and regulations.
Competition Structure Knock-out game type
Game Setting The competition uses the "Winning Eleven 8" video game and opposes one player against other. The following game settings will be used for all matches: Team selection: National Only Match mode: Exhibition Difficulty: 5 stars Match length: 10 minutes Players condition: Randomize Camera type: Normal long Season: Summer Weather: fine Player substitution: 3 per match Injuries: Yes Referee: Randomize Extra-time: silver goal Penalty shoot-out: no The following game setting will be used for the final Extra-time: Silver goal o Penalty shoot-out: Yes
Player Eligibility A player is eligible to play in the competition provided he fulfills all the following conditions: He/she is duly registered by the tournament organization concerned. He/she is at least 16 years old and above
Responsibilities Player agrees to comply with the pcgame.com.my charter, and to respect the following statements: Discrimination leading to unfair treatment of any individual is strictly prohibited. Attendees agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Attendees agree to accept the decisions of game marshals. Attendees agree to not use any unlawful or unfair proceedings. Attendees agree to respect the spirit of fair play and non violence. Attendees agree to fulfill their commitment within the limit of their means Players agree to not mislead or dupe game marshals by any means. Players agree to not interfere or communicate with other competitors playing an official match.
Tournament Procedures Players must play on the computer and condition designated by the game marshals. Players may not bring and use controlling devices, such as a game pad. Any malfunction on the equipment provided must be reported to game marshals immediately. Players may not run any external software that inter-acts in-game, nor install any form of modification that would alter the version of the video game unless authorized by game marshals. Players may change the brightness setting of the monitor if reasonable values are maintained. However, they may not change the video settings in the Operating System's video card settings.
Match Procedures Players must play their matches according to the tournament structure and schedule. Players must retrieve the authorization signal from a game marshal before joining or starting a match. Players may not communicate with external people during the match. Players may not leave an official game in progress. If a match is involuntary interrupted (player crash, server crash, network cuts, power cuts...) the game marshals may decide to replay or not the match.
Rules Violations Each match is controlled by a game marshal who has full authority to enforce the regulations in connection with the match to which he has been appointed. The game marshal has the authority to give warnings to player, to send off a player, or even disqualification. A player may be cautioned and receive warning if he commits any following offences: Refuses to follow game marshal instructions Arrives late at his convocation schedule Shows dissent by word or action Uses insulting language and/or gestures Is guilty of unsporting behavior A player may be cautioned and be sent off if he commits and of the following offences: Receives more then one warning Is guilty of violent conduct Uses unlawful or unfair proceedings Mislead or dupe any game marshals Is not present at his match schedule A player sent off will automatically lose all his next matches by default and loses the rights and prizes that would have been awarded.
